I prefer my food to not sit next to an employees open food they are actively eating. Cross contamination and goes against regulations. Pretty sure you can’t have personal food open and next to customer food. First and last time after that. This is where they stack the to go orders so just a heads up if you order takeout. This place has really gone downhill. Let me start by we are dine out (pick up) customers only. Our garlic knots had no butter and were completely bone dry. Are garlic Knotts supposed to have garlic and butter? Also the sauce for the garlic Knotts was the size of what I would expect for an order half the size (picture a small side salad size condiment that is how small of a sauce we got for 8 garlic Knotts). This is the second time I’ve ordered from this location and been disappointed. Another disappointment was our buffalo chicken pizza. The chicken isn’t the same as it used to be, it used to be breaded chicken chunks and now it’s just plain chicken chunks, as well as it is supposed to come with blue cheese and the last two times we have ordered there was either no blue cheese at all or so very little of an amount it was undetectable. Chicos used to be my favorite pizza ever but I won’t be ordering again. I never had this problem with my orders from the kempsville location. My problems began when I started ordering from the centerville location.

I definitely I love my experience here at this pizza shop. The waiter was very nice and attentive to me and my brother's needs. The price is we're pretty reasonable.

We got takeout calzones. The food was good, ranch was awesome, but 2 calzones cost almost $30 for takeout. Not sure how I feel about that.
